As 2022 ended, the members of my round table—let’s call them D, L, A, and I—decided to try out some new cuisines.
We thought this would be a good challenge and it would help us accomplish a few things:

• Develop our palates
• Become more open-minded
• Discover new favorites
• Make traveling easier in the future
• Increase our options
